Menu planning at Divine Events starts with your event, not a catalog. You'll talk through format, guest count, and preferences before a single dish is decided. From there, our chefs shape a menu around your occasion, and for larger events, we invite you to our kitchen to taste and refine each dish before the day arrives.
We offer a full range of service styles, from casual buffets and interactive stations to formal plated dinners and cocktail receptions. We’ll help you choose the style that fits your event, your guests, and your timeline.

A buffet gives your guests variety and movement, while chef-attended stations add an interactive element that keeps energy in the room. Divine offers buffets with carved proteins, seasonal vegetables, and house-made starches, alongside stations like pasta, risotto, tacos, Asian noodles, and mac and cheese. For evening events, late-night bites can round out the experience.

Plated dinners bring a more formal, composed feel to your event — each course timed and presented consistently across every seat. We offer both classic and custom plated menus, with options ranging from themed dinners like Creole, European, and Steakhouse to fully customized courses built around your preferences and guest count.

Reception service sets the tone before a meal or stands on its own for networking events and celebrations. Divine's reception services include hand-passed cold and hot selections, display arrangements, and staffed stations. Favorites include everything from shrimp cocktail and bruschetta to charcuterie displays, stuffed mushrooms, and slider stations—giving guests something to enjoy over drinks.

For corporate meetings, multi-day conferences, and morning celebrations, we provide full breakfast and lunch services. Breakfast ranges from continental and healthy start packages to attended stations like omelets, waffles, crepes, and breakfast tacos. Lunch options include the Divine Café, soup, sandwich, and salad bars, deli service, and boxed lunches for groups that need to keep moving.
Most caterers hand off bar service to a third party. Divine Events handles it directly, with a specialized liquor catering license, dedicated bar staff, and the same standard of execution as everything else we bring to your event.
Our bar service includes full liquor, beer, and wine service as well as non-alcoholic options, a full cocktail menu organized by spirit, and a mocktail program with more than sixteen house recipes. For events that call for something different, we also offer specialty bars including espresso, fresh juice, and boba, alongside all-day beverage packages.
One thing worth knowing: because of how liquor licensing works in Nevada, we're unable to provide bar service at venues that hold their own liquor license, such as hotels and casinos. For events at independent venues, private properties, or spaces like Springs Preserve and the Neon Museum, we handle everything.
